We built this because the people who decide everything get asked nothing.

The higher you climb, the fewer people will ask you the hard thing. Not because they don’t care — because you’re the one in charge. And the one in charge doesn’t get asked. They ask.

So we made something that does.

Who’s Asking is a collection of card decks for the world of work. Each card is one question — the kind you’ve been circling for months and never said out loud. No advice. No frameworks. No “5 steps.” A mirror, not a manual.

Four editions: Founders, Managers, Students, Myself. 50 cards each. 5 categories. One question per card.
